Susan Myers is a Credentialed Coach who helps individuals and groups create success on their own terms.

Her clients include leaders, managers and professionals from both business and non-profit organizations. A common theme is that her clients want to realize their potential -- to be their most effective as leaders on the job, in their communities... in whatever areas of life that are important to them.

She partners with her clients to create a customized coaching plan based on the clients' vision, values and strengths. Her coaching can involve the individual alone and/or for the organization's work team. 

Susan is an International Coach Federation Credentialed Coach and a graduate of Advanced Corporate Coach University. She has a BA in Psychology with graduate work in business administration, public administration (MPA) and law. As a former Executive for California Trial Courts, Susan was a recognized leader in organization development before moving into her coaching career.

Affiliations & Memberships include the International Coach Federation, ICF Silicon Valley Chapter, Mountain View Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association for Court Management.

Susan enjoys hiking with her naturalist/photographer husband. As part of her community involvement she works with the YMCA as a Leadership Coach and as a fitness instructor. She serves as Faculty for the YMCA of the USA.
