Individual Coaching


 

In the coaching relationship I partner with my clients to create enduring success based on their unique strengths and values.

Individual clients typically hire me to bring a business concept to life, become more effective leaders, increase income, explore career transitions, resolve work conflicts and enhance work/life balance. The confidentiality of coaching discussions creates a comfortable space for clients to explore ideas and approaches in a supportive environment.

Generally the individual coaching process proceeds in this manner: 

In each coaching meeting the client determines the focus of conversation while the coach contributes observations and questions. Individual coaching accelerates the client's progress by providing greater clarity and awareness of choice; concentrates on where the client is now and where he or she wants to be in the future; and, typically involves two or three hours per month over a six-month period. Most sessions occur by phone.

 

Employer-sponsored Individual Coaching

Employees in the organization seek out coaching or are asked to receive coaching to enhance their development. The sponsoring supervisor/owner, the employee, and the coach determine in advance the objectives for the coaching and the specific terms for confidentiality.
